What is a Polaris Session?
Polaris is the North Star — the fixed point people once used to navigate in the dark.
A Polaris Session works the same way:
30 or 60 minutes of focused, grounded conversation to:

  • see what really matters (and what doesn’t)
  • untangle what’s actually going on
  • find one clear, practical next step

No therapy.
No big life plan.
Just direction, perspective, and clarity when you need it most.

Polaris Sessions are for you if:

  • you feel stuck or pulled in too many directions
  • you’re carrying a lot and don’t know what to prioritise
  • you’re at a crossroads and don’t trust your own thinking right now
  • everything looks “fine” on the outside but doesn’t feel right on the inside
  • you keep going in circles with the same question or situation

You don’t have to have the perfect words.
You just have to show up as you are.

How a session works

  • We meet online (Zoom — audio, video optional).
  • For most of the time, you talk and Peter listens.
  • Together, you name the real pattern underneath the situation.
  • In the last part of the call, you leave with one clear step that feels honest and doable.

Sometimes one session is enough.
Sometimes people come back for regular check-ins.
And when it’s clear you’d benefit from deeper emotional or embodiment work, Peter can refer you into Steffie’s work as a natural next layer of support.
